Chief Executive Officer
Jimmy Jara is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in aviation, financial services, and client relations. Jimmy hods a degree in Finance and Business Administration.
Jimmy joined InnovAIx in 2024, bringing with him an extensive aviation background, primarily in defense, to deliver efficiency and sustainability for nonprofit organizations around the globe.
Jimmy’s commitment to community service and financial empowerment is evident in his work and volunteer activities. Jimmy’s diverse experience and dedication to excellence make him an asset to InnovAIx. Jimmy speaks fluent Italian, French and Spanish, in his free time he loves playing tennis and visiting friends across all continents.
Carlos Narváez
Chief Financial Officer
Carlos Narváez is a seasoned professional with a rich background in economics, financial planning, and business management. He holds a degree in Economics from L.U.N.C University in Peru.
As a co-founder of ACI, a leading civil association dedicated to the development and execution of educational projects, circular economy initiatives, and public policies in the LATAM region. He joined InnovAIx in 2024 with the goal of helping the organization establish a presence and develop the financial infrastructure needed for planned growth, focusing on delivering value to stakeholders and positively impacting their defense clientele.
Carlos is passionate about giving back to the community and believes in the power of entrepreneurship to drive meaningful change. In his free time, he enjoys riding mountain bikes on weekends and spending time with his relatives.
Hasnain Aslam
Chief Information Officer
Hasnain Aslam is a distinguished professional with large experience IT infrastructure and related services. He joined InnovAIx as Chief Information Officer in 2024, where he leads all IT initiatives from the early stages of the company. He also serves for other organizations simultaneously.
Prior to his current role at InnovAIx , Hasnain was the Senior Web Developer at Wangard automated business solution based in New York. He holds a degree in BSSE Computer Software Engineering.
Hasnain is actively involved in community service initiatives, helping his city on weekends. His diverse interests include racing performance automobiles and playing squash. He also loves to explore new destinations with his family.
Javier Martin
Chief Compliance Officer
Javier Martin is a visionary and tech enthusiast, dedicated to building the future of business through innovative and accessible solutions. At InnovAIx, Javier developed a pioneering compliance infrastructure that integrates organizations systems with advanced models, enabling agile, secure, and cost-effective implementation.
Javier’s mission is to revolutionize organizations digital transformation by making implementation accessible and efficient, moving away from costly projects. With over a decade of experience in digital transformation. Javier brings a unique perspective to solving today’s most pressing technological business challenges.
In addition to his professional achievements, Javier is actively involved in charity events. His diverse interests include playing soccer and spending time with his family.
Tirso Palm
Chief Technology Officer
Tirso Palm is a seasoned Senior Project Manager specializing in software development, automation, and IT consulting. In 2025, he joined InnovAIx as Chief Technology Officer, where he leads AI-driven digital transformation initiatives. Tirso also collaborates with multiple organizations in advisory and strategic roles.
Prior to his current position, he held leadership roles at AEG Fuels, Optime Consulting and O-Developer, managing technology-driven projects across diverse industries. He holds advanced degrees in Systems Engineering, Technology Management, and Computer Science.
Beyond his professional work, Tirso is passionate about AI innovation, cybersecurity, and blockchain solutions. He actively participates in industry discussions and explores emerging technologies that shape the future. In his free time Tirso enjoys playing Tennis with friends.
Victor Pena
Chief Risk Officer
Victor Pena is a well-rounded professional with extensive experience in credit and risk management. In 2025, he joined InnovAIx as Chief Risk Officer, where he leads strategic initiatives to mitigate financial risk and optimize revenue growth. He also collaborates with other organizations.
Prior to his current position, he held leadership roles at Silmar Electronics, Inc., AEG Fuels, Microsoft, and World Fuel Services, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and enhancing financial operations. His expertise spans credit risk analysis, cash flow optimization, corporate compliance, and financial strategy.
Outside of work, Victor Pena is passionate about mentoring, operational excellence, and driving risk-management innovations. He also enjoys following baseball games, staying engaged with the sport’s latest developments and team performances.
Eyota Lyday
Chief Operating Officer
Eyota Lyday is a seasoned aviation executive with expertise in operations, ground handling, and charter services. In 2025, he joined InnovAIx as Chief Operating Officer, leading strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and drive innovation across global aviation services.
He also serves as Fleet Director of Operations at Paramond, alongside other industry roles, and previously held executive positions at Ultimate Jetcharters LLC, including Executive Vice President of Operations. His career spans leadership roles at Empire Aviation Group, NasJet, and NetJets, where he managed flight logistics, ground operations, and charter sales, contributing to operational excellence and business growth.
Outside of work, Eyota values quality time with family and friends, embracing moments of connection and balance beyond the aviation industry.
Jayson Faustin
Chief Accounting Officer
Jayson Faustin is the Founder & CEO of Qupid Tax & Accounting, a full-service tax and accounting firm. Combining his love for real estate, taxes, and accounting, he built his company to assist business owners and investors in creating generational legacies while ensuring financial stability.
In 2024, Jayson joined InnovAIx, where he plays a pivotal role in enhancing AI-driven accountability. His work focuses on ensuring that AI-powered accounting solutions operate with transparency, reliability, and ethical integrity, helping businesses and investors make informed decisions with confidence.
Outside of his professional life, Jayson enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends. His dedication to both his career and personal life reflects his commitment to making a positive impact on those around him.
Bruno Zavala
Chief of Staff
Bruno Zavala is a respected former Colonel of the Ecuadorian Air Force, where he proudly served for over 38 years. During his tenure, he demonstrated outstanding leadership in aerial operations, border control, and collaborative missions addressing regional challenges. Zavala played a key role in planning and executing strategies to combat narcotics trafficking and ensure national security, earning him widespread respect among his peers and subordinates.
In 2025, Zavala transitioned into the corporate sector, joining Innovaix to oversee and expand its operations across South America. Bringing his strategic expertise and leadership acumen to this new role, he has continued to contribute significantly to regional collaboration and development.
